Commercial Group:
  • Office and Industrial
  • Single and multi-tenant
  • 40,000 square feet and larger
  • Will work with investors interested in obtaining EB-5 Visas
  • Targeted Employment Areas identified for use with EB-5 Visas
  • Retail
  • Mixed-use

Multi-Family Group:

  • Mixed-use that includes multifamily
  • Minimum 50 units
  • Core stable well-located asset
  • Will purchase 1st-and 2nd-positioned notes
  • Will acquire properties requiring significant rehabilitation or repositioning
