Dave de Csepel

Dave de Csepel is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Veritas Realty Investment Group. Dave leads the multi-family division’s acquisition team, and oversees property management and operational activities for all Veritas holdings. Prior to founding Veritas in 2005, Dave was a Partner at The DT Group, a Los Angeles based real estate investment company, which owned and managed over 800 apartment units and 22 buildings primarily concentrated in the Western United States. In addition to his previous work in procuring and managing existing apartment buildings on behalf of limited partnerships, he has also been involved with re-development in the North Hollywood Arts District. Dave earned his Bachelor of Science degrees in Economics and Political Science from the University of Wisconsin. He resides in Altadena, California with his wife Joy and two daughters.
