- Office and Industrial
- Single and multi-tenant
- 40,000 square feet and larger
- Will work with investors interested in obtaining EB-5 Visas
- Targeted Employment Areas identified for use with EB-5 Visas
- Retail
- Mixed-use
Multi-Family Group:
- Mixed-use that includes multifamily
- Minimum 50 units
- Core stable well-located asset
- Will purchase 1st-and 2nd-positioned notes
- Will acquire properties requiring significant rehabilitation or repositioning
